ORDERS:

  • I did not received a confirmation email after purchase?

If you did not receive any order confirmation email, please email us at shop@artemischic.com

  • Can I change my order after I placed it?

Unfortunately, we can't make any changes with the order once submitted and payment was processed. We can however amend any change in address if the order is not yet processed or shipped. Please email us at shop@artemischic.com

  • How long is my order processed and shipped?

We aim to pack orders within 24 hrs of purchase. In case of high demand, we aim to pack and ship orders within 48 hrs of purchase. Orders placed on weekends are dispatched on Monday.

  • How do I track my order?

A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent after we ship the order. You may track your order via AusPost in this link.
